The steps in this article were performed on an iPhone 6 Plus, in iOS 8. Note that your Plex server will need to be running, and that your iPhone and Apple TV will both need to be connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Step 1: Open the Plex app on your iPhone.
Step 2: Select the movie that you want to watch on your Apple TV so that it starts playing.
Step 3: Tap the screen to bring up the on-screen menu, then tap the screen icon at the bottom-right corner.
Step 4: Select the Apple TV option from the bottom of the screen.
