How to Turn off the Keypad Tones When Dialing in Android Marshmallow
The steps in this guide were performed on a Samsung Galaxy On5, but will work for other iPhone models using the same version of Android. Note that this is only going to stop the sound that you hear when you dial a number on the keypad. It will not affect any other sounds. Step 1: Open the Phone app. Step 2: Select the More option at the top-right corner of the screen. Step 3: Tap the Settings option. Step 4: Scroll down and choose the Ringtones and keypad tones option. Step 5: Tap the button to the right of Dialing keypad tone to turn it off. There are a lot of other sounds on an Android phone that you can turn off or adjust.
